In art history, we find that great artists honed their skills by being apprenticed to the Masters. In this course, we will choose paintings from art history, or any artist of your choosing, scrutinize the work, then imitate it! This enhances a student’s ability to visually interpret and problem solve, using theories established in previous classes. Pre-requisites for this class include at least eight weeks in both Drawing and Painting. This course runs eight weeks or for a full semester (fifteen weeks for fall). A two hour time slot is needed for this course and will be scheduled upon interest. Cost of class is $120.00.
